Summary: Charming place! It rained a lot so we weren't able to take advantage of the fire pit, but the bed was AMAZING!! The breakfast could use a few more options, but the egg casserole was tasty.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Cliffside Inn - beautiful property and great location (not downtown, but on the Cliff Walk). Great communication from the property in terms of arrival, check-in, etc.. We had a rental car and parking was included and very easy.

Summary: The room was very nice and the ocean view was as advertised. We only stayed one night, but if we are ever back in Newport for a longer visit, this is the place we will be looking to stay. The only minor hiccup was that the room was not ready at 4:00, but the area is nice and we walked on the Cliff Walk for a bit until the room was ready. We enjoyed the breakfast which had a good variety of choices. All in all, this is a charming location with an acomodating staff and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Such an amazing Inn! Perched above the walk & the setting was so tranquil & beautiful. We spent two evenings sitting at the fire pit enjoying the peace & drinking a glass of wine (lovely afternoon wine & snacks provided!). We loved our room - the decor was stunning - so many special touches. Breakfast was also a treat! Can’t wait to come back! Truly a special place!
